Once I begin to fill up a basket, how long does it remain active?
Baskets remain active for 14 days, after which they are erased.
How do I know which size I should order?
Please refer to our Size Guide, which you will find after the size selection.
How do I know that my order was placed successfully?
We’ll send you a confirmation email within one hour after you have placed your order. This email confirms that your order was successfully placed. Do not forget to check you spam box. If you still can't find it please contact our customer service team if you do not receive a confirmation email.
Can I change something in my order or add more items?
Unfortunately, for technical reasons it is not possible to change or cancel an order.
Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address after an order validation.
